Struggling to find 1BR under $1500 in Toronto!

I'm in a tight spot, looking for a 1 bedroom under $1500 in Toronto. With my lease ending soon, it's becoming increasingly stressful. Is this price realistic? Any tips on areas with more affordable one bedrooms? I’m open to suggestions because the search has been challenging!
