I've recently come across the area around 560 Oakwood Ave, and it's such a gem! Located in Oakwood Village, it's super walkable with shops, cafes, and parks just a stone's throw away. Plus, the TTC access on the Eglinton West line makes it easy to get around the city without needing a car.
