I've lived in Toronto for over a decade, and I can’t believe how my landlord has become so unresponsive. Promises to fix the leaky sink and broken heater were made weeks ago but never fulfilled. It's infuriating to feel ignored, especially when I've always paid my rent on time! Can anyone relate?
