Is 2360 Weston Rd a reasonable commute to the Financial District?

I'm considering moving to 2360 Weston Rd and I rely heavily on public transit. How long does it usually take to get downtown, especially to the Financial District? Also, is there decent TTC access around there? Would love to hear from anyone who commutes from there!
