Thinking of renting near 3 Drexel Rd, is the area worth it?

I'm really liking what I see about 3 Drexel Rd and the general vibe of the area. Can anyone share their thoughts on the transit options around there and if there are decent grocery stores and restaurants nearby? I'm curious about the neighbourhood character too!
