Is 1080 Kingston Rd a reasonable commute to the Financial District?

I'm thinking about moving to 1080 Kingston Rd and I'm curious about the daily commute to downtown. How long does it usually take to get to the Financial District using the TTC? Also, is there good access to buses or streetcars in the area?
