Is the 15 O'hara Ave area as walkable as it seems

I’ve recently been checking out the area around 15 O'hara Ave, and I’m loving the vibrant vibe of the Junction Triangle! The walkability is fantastic, with tons of local cafes and shops right around the corner. Plus, the Bloor line access at Lansdowne Station makes getting to downtown super easy!
