Confused about LTB process for rent increase - need guidance!

I'm feeling a bit lost navigating the LTB after my landlord proposed a rent hike. I know I need to file T2/T6 forms, but with all the rules, it seems daunting. Anyone here fought successfully at a hearing? I’m determined to understand my rights and push back if needed.
