How's the commute from 100 Raglan Ave to downtown, realistic?

Hey everyone, I'm looking to move to 100 Raglan Ave, and I really need to know about the commute to downtown. Is the TTC reliable from there? I’m trying to live car-free, so any tips on getting around would be super helpful!
