Frustrated with Toronto's Studio Bidding Wars!

I'm feeling overwhelmed by the bidding wars for studio apartments. Every time I submit an offer, I hear about someone else outbidding me. How do I know how high to go without breaking my budget? It’s disheartening losing out constantly to higher offers!
