Is the commute from 66 Broadway Ave to downtown reasonable?

hey all, I'm considering moving to 66 Broadway Ave and I'm curious about the commute to downtown. how long does it usually take on the TTC? also, is everything walkable around there or would I need a bike for errands? thanks for any tips!
