How's the commute from 15 Wilmington Ave to downtown?

Hey folks, I'm considering moving to 15 Wilmington Ave and want to know how manageable the commute to downtown is. Is the TTC reliable around there? Also, is it walkable for day-to-day errands or am I going to need a bike or car? Appreciate any insights!
