How's getting around from 5 Needle Firway on a daily basis?

I'm considering moving to 5 Needle Firway and want to make sure it's transit-friendly. How accessible is the TTC from there? Is the commute to downtown reasonable without a car? Would love some insights on walkability and overall transit vibe in the area!
