Thinking of renting near 199 Wilson Ave, is the area worth it?

I'm excited about 199 Wilson Ave and love the look of the place! What’s the vibe like in the neighborhood? How's the transit, especially around Wilson Ave and Allen Rd, and are there good grocery stores or restaurants close by? Would love some real opinions!
