I’m really keen on 1 Claude Ave for its transit access, but I'd love to hear from anyone living nearby. How's the vibe in the area? What's the walking distance to groceries or good restaurants like on St. Clair Ave? I’m looking for a good mix of convenience and neighborhood character.
