Narrowed it down to 50 Oxton Ave, any thoughts on the neighbourhood?

I've been looking at 50 Oxton Ave and really like the vibe I see. I’m curious about transit access in the area—how's the TTC around here? Also, any recommendations for nearby grocery stores or restaurants? I want to know more about the neighborhood character overall!
