How connected is 266 Sherbourne St to the rest of the city?

I'm moving to Toronto and considering 266 Sherbourne St. How's the TTC access and overall transit vibe around there? I’d love to know if commuting downtown is manageable and if I can live car-free while enjoying good walkability.
