Is 960 Markham Rd close to a subway station?

Hey everyone, I'm looking at 960 Markham Rd for my first apartment and would love to know how close it is to the subway. I'm planning to rely on the TTC for commuting downtown, so any insights on transit access and overall walkability in the area would be super helpful!
