How's the commute from 2911 Bayview Ave to downtown, is it doable?

Hey everyone, I'm planning to move to 2911 Bayview Ave and want to get a feel for the commute to downtown. How reliable is the TTC from there? Is it realistic to live car-free and rely on public transit for work? Any insights would be super helpful!
