How long is the TTC ride from 5 Capri Rd to Union?

I'm considering moving to 5 Capri Rd and want to know about the commute. How long does it usually take to get to Union Station using the TTC? I'm hoping for good subway access and walkability, as I prefer to live car-free. Any insights would be appreciated!
