Is 117 Old Forest Hill Rd walkable day to day?

I'm considering moving to 117 Old Forest Hill Rd and I'm curious about the walkability of the area. Are groceries and errands nearby? Can I get around without a car easily? Also, how's the TTC access for longer commutes to downtown?
