Is 6 Twenty Fourth St close to a subway station?

I'm considering moving to 6 Twenty Fourth St and really care about transit access. Just wondering how close the nearest subway station is and if the TTC coverage is decent for getting around, especially for commuting downtown. Any insights would be great!
