Narrowed it down to 55 Brownlow Ave, any thoughts on the neighbourhood?

I'm really liking what I see about 55 Brownlow Ave! The unit options look great, and I love the vibe of the area. Can anyone provide insight on the transit access around here? Also, what are the local grocery stores and restaurants like? Thanks!
