Hey everyone! I’m curious about the process of withholding rent in Toronto if my apartment needs urgent repairs. Can I pay rent to the Landlord and Tenant Board instead? Also, what are my rights regarding rent reduction? Just want to be careful about any legal repercussions. Thanks for the insights!
