Is 80 Montclair Ave close enough to transit to be practical

I'm considering moving to 80 Montclair Ave and am curious about the transit options. How reliable is the TTC in the area, and how long is the commute downtown? Also, can I live car-free here, or is a personal vehicle a necessity?
