Looking for family-friendly rentals in the Beaches area

Hi everyone! We're moving to Toronto this summer and need some help finding a good place to rent for our kids. We're looking around the Beaches neighborhood. How are the schools there, and is it safe? Also, what kind of rent should we expect for a 3-bedroom place? Thanks!
