How's the commute from 1360 Danforth Rd to downtown, is it manageable?

Hey everyone, I'm considering moving to 1360 Danforth Rd and I'm curious about the commute to downtown. How's the TTC from there? Is it a reasonable and quick ride? I’d love to hear your experiences, especially if you live car-free.
