How's the commute from 110 Unity Rd to downtown, is it manageable?

I'm looking to move to 110 Unity Rd and want to know about the daily commute to downtown. How's the TTC access and typical travel time? Is it feasible to live car-free around here, or do people usually drive? Thanks for any insights!
