Is 2015 Lawrence Ave E worth committing to?

I’m really liking what I see about 2015 Lawrence Ave E, especially the vibe around it. Can anyone share what it's like for groceries and transit? Is there a good mix of restaurants nearby? Just want to make sure it's a neighborhood I’d enjoy living in long term.
