Landlord wants access for potential sale - what are my rights?

My landlord has suddenly requested multiple showings of my apartment because they are considering selling the unit. They want to start showing it next week, but I've only been here for 5 months and feel caught off guard. What are my rights regarding notice and access? Anyone faced this before?
