70 Dunfield Ave is in the running, what's that area like?

I really like what I see about 70 Dunfield Ave, but I'm curious about the vibe in the area. How’s the transit access, especially around Eglinton or the subway? Also, any favourite local spots for groceries or restaurants? Looking for some real opinions here!
