Anyone familiar with the 1000 Broadview Ave area?

I'm considering a move to the 1000 Broadview Ave area for a new job. Just curious about the neighbourhood vibe and if it's a good place for younger renters. Also, how reliable is the TTC around there? Any tips on walkability and local amenities would be great!
