How's the commute from 25 Stong Crt to downtown, is it manageable?

I'm considering moving to 25 Stong Crt and I'm curious about the daily commute to downtown. How long does it take using the TTC? Also, is it easy to get around without a car? Any insights on walkability and access to subway or bus routes would be super helpful!
