Seriously considering 6 Park Vista, what should I know?

I’m looking at 6 Park Vista and really like what I see so far! What’s the area vibe like? How's the transit, especially access to places like Don Mills station? Any favorite grocery spots or restaurants nearby? I’d love some honest input from locals!
