Commute from 10 Glen Everest Rd to downtown, how long roughly?

I'm looking at 10 Glen Everest Rd and want to know about the TTC commute to downtown. How long does it typically take to get to Union Station? Also, is there decent access to subway lines and bus routes nearby for daily errands? Thanks!
