How's the commute from 130 Tyndall Ave to downtown, is it manageable?

I'm considering living at 130 Tyndall Ave and really want to make sure commuting downtown is realistic without a car. How reliable is the transit around there? Any insights on the TTC access and commute times would be super helpful!
