Worried About Forced Out by Renovations!

I’m really anxious about my landlord's tactics around renoviction. It feels like they want to kick me out under the guise of renovations. Is this legal? I want to know my rights as a tenant and how to fight back against these forced evictions. Can anyone share their experiences or advice?
