How's the commute from 250 Brenyon Way to downtown, is it manageable?

I'm considering moving to 250 Brenyon Way and want to know about the daily commute to downtown. How reliable is the TTC from there, especially during rush hour? Is it realistic to live car-free and get to the Financial District without too much hassle?
