How's the commute from 5 De Savery Cres to downtown, is it manageable?

I've been eyeing 5 De Savery Cres and want to know about the downtown commute. How long does it usually take via TTC? Also, is there good subway or bus access around there for day-to-day living? Looking forward to hearing thoughts!
