How's the commute from 342 Donlands Ave to Union any good?

I'm considering moving to 342 Donlands Ave and would love to know about the commute to Union Station. Is the TTC reliable around here? Also, is it easy to live car-free with good access to transit options? Any thoughts from current residents?
