How's the commute from 15 Mallory Cres to downtown, is it manageable?

I'm considering moving to 15 Mallory Cres and really want to know about the commute options. Is the TTC reliable for getting downtown? I'm looking for transit-friendly living without needing a car. Any insight would be appreciated!
