How's the commute from 182 Jameson Ave to Union Station?

I'm moving to Toronto and considering 182 Jameson Ave. Can anyone share their experience with commuting from there to Union Station? I’m hoping to rely on the TTC for getting around, so any insights on transit options would be super helpful!
