Weird Lease Clauses and Roommate Drama - Is This Normal?

So I found this roommate on Craigslist and we signed a lease, but it has some odd clauses. Like, can my landlord really limit guests to two nights a week? Also, my roommate keeps rearranging the furniture without asking. Is this common, or should I be worried?
