Help with Packing Services in Toronto? Feeling Overwhelmed!

I'm getting ready for my move in Toronto and packing has me feeling a bit lost. Should I hire movers and packers together for a full-service moving experience, or just get packing services? I'm terrible at packing and have too much stuff! How much extra should I expect to pay for packing? Any tips?
