Narrowed it down to 9 Morningside Ave, any thoughts on the neighbourhood?

Hey everyone, I’m really considering 9 Morningside Ave for my next home. I love what I’ve seen so far, but I'm curious about the neighborhood vibe and walkability. How's the TTC access nearby, and are there good grocery stores or restaurants? Any real insights would be appreciated!
