Narrowed it down to 17 Brimley Rd, any thoughts on the neighbourhood?

Hey everyone! I'm really considering 17 Brimley Rd because it looks promising. What’s the vibe like in the area? Is there good access to transit like the TTC? Also, any nearby grocery stores or places to eat that you'd recommend? Would love some real input!
