180 Chalkfarm Dr is in the running, what's that area like?

I'm seriously considering 180 Chalkfarm Dr and love the look of the building and amenities. What’s the vibe like in the neighborhood? Are there good grocery stores or restaurants nearby? Also, how's the TTC access in that area? Would love to hear any real experiences!
