Hey everyone! I'm planning to start my apartment search in Leslieville soon, ideally for a 1-bedroom. I've heard fall can be a good time for deals, but I'm not sure what the current prices are like. Is $2300 reasonable for that area? Any insights or hidden gems you’d recommend?
