How's getting around from 2645 Keele St on a daily basis

I'm considering moving to 2645 Keele St and really want to make sure it's transit-friendly. How's the TTC coverage in the area? Is it a manageable commute to downtown? Also, can I live without a car and have easy access to groceries and errands?
