How's the commute from 45 Oakmount Rd to downtown, is it manageable?

I’m considering moving to 45 Oakmount Rd and want to know about commuting to downtown. What’s the TTC ride like? Is it a reasonable commute time for work? Also, how walkable is the area for groceries and daily errands? Any insights would be awesome!
